About the position

The System Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of various IT systems within Maxim Healthcare Services. This role requires strong product and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The manager will lead the support and optimization teams, collaborate with stakeholders to develop system implementation plans, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage system implementation projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
• Facilitate the adoption of new systems and products through implementation, support, training, and communication.
• Analyze business requirements and facilitate problem solving with technical leaders to design and implement systems to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to ensure system designs are aligned with business goals.
• Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Work with vendors and external partners to ensure successful system implementation.
• Closely work with Quality Assurance and Architectural Teams to ensure system quality through rigorous testing procedures.
• Develop and provide training to users on new systems and offer ongoing support and enhancements as needed.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project and product documentation, including system specifications and user manuals.
• Manage the change process associated with system implementation and communicate effectively with stakeholders about changes and updates.
• Oversee the budget for system implementation projects and monitor expenditures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in system implementation or IT project management.
• Strong understanding of various IT systems and technologies.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent project and product management skills, with a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Product Management preferred.
• Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong customer service and excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities for multiple projects.
