Responsibilities

• Conduct system test and verification of communications systems.

• Develop new test methodologies and improve existing procedures to verify system requirements.
• Complete various tests, analyze data, and document detailed results.
• Participate in the development cycle with various systems and subsystems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of integration and test experience.
• Knowledge in communications (RF, digital, optical) and networking (TCP/IP).
• Software programming/scripting/automation skills in Python or other programming languages (Perl, Jenkins, MATLAB, LabVIEW, etc.).
• Experience with debugging and problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work optimally in large or small teams, or individually.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools suite.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in communications systems.
• Hands-on experience with commonly used communications, RF and electrical test equipment (e.g. Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Meter).
• Experience with Linux operating systems (embedded preferable).
• Skilled in system testing and verification, especially in developing test plans and test procedures.
• Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Jenkins, Selenium).
• Curiosity about future leadership opportunities and 2+ years of leadership experience.
