About The Position

The System Integration/Test Engineer will be responsible for planning, implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining solutions for the integration and testing of both in-house developed and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) or government off-the-shelf (GOTS) components. This role involves synthesizing customer requirements into effective test solutions while ensuring adherence to technical, schedule, and cost constraints. The engineer will coordinate testing activities, perform analysis of test results, and prepare evaluation reports to validate system performance, contributing to the success of the Project ASAP/HAMMER advanced missile system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field.
• Experience with missile systems, including launch systems and targeting/fire control elements.
• Active secret clearance preferred, with willingness to consider candidates with a previously held active clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with government fuze boards.
• Prior CAM experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement integration and testing solutions for systems and subsystems.
• Synthesize customer requirements into system test solutions.
• Establish functional and technical specifications and standards.
• Solve hardware/software interface problems and define input/output parameters.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Coordinate subsystem and system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
• Analyze test results and prepare evaluation reports to verify system performance.
• Write discrepancy reports and perform integration regression testing.
• Drive technical excellence and mission success through daily interactions with program technical leads.
• Support program personnel to meet commitments regarding technical performance, schedule, and cost.
