About The Position
The System Plant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and supervision of plant operations and facility maintenance at Watauga Medical Center. This role ensures that all physical structures, HVAC systems, utilities, and grounds are safe and efficient. The manager will coordinate with vendors, manage maintenance contracts, and lead continuous improvement efforts while promoting safety and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
