The position involves maintaining an asset management and inventory database to accurately track computer equipment across global locations. The role requires providing imaging and application installation for computer laptops, desktops, and mobility equipment. Additionally, the individual will provide inventory and hardware support for corporate and remote locations, including mobility hardware. Following the agreed ticket handling service delivery metrics (SLAs) for service desk tickets, requests, and incidents is essential. Establishing and maintaining customer relationships and satisfaction regarding IT customer service and support is also a key responsibility. The role includes logistical support of IT equipment, which encompasses fulfillment, shipment, and receipt of inbound and outbound hardware. Other projects and duties may be assigned as required, including allocating time appropriately for the recovery and recycling of end-of-life equipment. Adherence to Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures is mandatory. The candidate should possess the ability, willingness, and flexibility to come in early or stay late depending on the level of need.
