About the position

The System Solution Architect for High Performance Computing (HPC) Racks plays a vital role in the Global Strategic Accounts (GSA) AC Power Team, focusing on early engagement with major industry clients. This position requires expertise in HPC (AI) and OCP rack designs, contributing to the development of dynamic power solutions that address complex customer challenges. The role involves creating reference designs and solutions for advanced technologies, including liquid and air-cooled systems, while also emphasizing customer interaction and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for documentation and customer presentations.
• Develop design options for Dynamic Power HPC (AI) rack architectures based on customer requirements.
• Produce technical proposals and design documentation to support project delivery.
• Design and architect solution-based projects incorporating third-party components.
• Lead customer presentations and oversee project delivery, including costing and scheduling.
• Create, control, review, and approve technical solutions and proposals.
• Interact with customers to translate concepts into documented specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data center design and applications.
• 3+ years of experience in creating and approving technical solutions related to data center design.
• Proficient in providing technical support for IT and Telecom solutions.
• Strong organizational, time management, and customer interaction skills.
• Working knowledge of IT and Telecom industry applications.
• Solution-based thinking incorporating mechanical, thermal, and electrical engineering competencies.
