About the position

The System Solution Architect, HPC (AI) Racks plays a vital role in the Global Strategic Accounts (GSA) AC Power Team, focusing on early engagement phases with major industry customers. This position requires expertise in HPC (AI) and OCP rack designs, contributing to the development of Dynamic Power solutions. The role involves creating custom solutions to address complex customer challenges, integrating mechanical, thermal, and electrical engineering skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for technical documentation and customer-facing presentations.
• Develop design options for Dynamic Power HPC (AI) rack architectures based on customer requirements.
• Produce technical proposals, design documentation, and project proposals to support the design process.
• Actively design and architect solution-based projects incorporating third-party components.
• Lead customer presentations and project delivery, overseeing costing, scheduling, and logistics.
• Create, control, review, and approve technical solutions and customer proposals.
• Interact with customers to translate concepts into solutions and document specifications.
• Provide feedback on product needs for improvements and new solutions.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of work experience in data center design and applications.
• 3+ years of experience in creating and approving technical solutions related to data center design.
• Proficient in providing technical support for IT and Telecom solutions.
• Strong organizational, time management, and customer interaction skills.
• Working knowledge of IT and Telecom industry applications for infrastructure deployment.
• Solution-based thinking incorporating mechanical, thermal, electrical, and engineering competencies.
