About The Position
The System Support Analyst I role at SPECTRAFORCE is designed to enhance employee productivity by managing and supporting enterprise infrastructure applications and services. This position serves as the primary contact for IT support for AWS remote users and involves hands-on technical support for various systems, including HRIS and clinical applications, primarily in a Windows Enterprise environment. The analyst will work closely with the Operations Team to deliver quality support to employees, contractors, and vendors.
