About the position

The System Support Analyst I role at SPECTRAFORCE is designed to enhance employee productivity by managing and supporting enterprise infrastructure applications and services. This position serves as the primary contact for IT support for AWS remote users and involves hands-on technical support for various systems, including HRIS and clinical applications, primarily in a Windows Enterprise environment. The analyst will work closely with the Operations Team to deliver quality support to employees, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise infrastructure applications and services.
• Provide day-to-day IT support for AWS remote users.
• Support the delivery of technology services that improve business processes for remote users.
• Coordinate IT support at MSLs for incident and service request management.
• Provide quality support for remote and local employees in a Windows Enterprise environment.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Computer Science or 4 years of relevant IT experience preferred.
• IT Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL Foundation, HDI Tech Support Professional preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support activities with a focus on VIP/Executive level support.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft desktops/laptops and mobile devices.
• Ability to absorb and retain information quickly and present ideas in a user-friendly language.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Mac OSX and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with AWS and AVD.
