About the position
The Systems Support Analyst will play a crucial role in a growing medical company based in Charlotte, NC. This position involves monitoring and coordinating support activities related to systems, networking, device connectivity, and data management. The analyst will provide support for hardware and software issues, perform application installation, configuration, and maintenance for technology systems and servers at customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate support activities related to systems and networking.
- Provide support for hardware and software issues.
- Perform application installation, configuration, and maintenance for technology systems and servers.
- Manage device connectivity and data management based on requirements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of technical experience.
- Healthcare IT experience preferred.
- Technical knowledge related to networks, systems, servers, applications, software, and data.
- Experience with SQL, PowerShell, and HL7 data.
