We are looking for a Systementwickler (m/w/d) Antriebstechnik for our Defense Systems Europe division, starting immediately, in a full-time and permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development of customer-specific electromechanical high-performance servo drive solutions in an international environment.
- Act as the Technical Lead Engineer for development projects, serving as the point of contact for customers, internal departments (e.g., design, power electronics development, software development, production), and internal and external suppliers.
- Dimensioning of electromechanical drive solutions from the motor through the mechanical drive train to the development of control concepts, including suitable sensors.
- Present developed solutions in collaboration with sales to internal and external customers.
- Actively support the acquisition of new customers, including participation in customer discussions and special projects (e.g., mergers & acquisitions).
Requirements
- Completed technical degree with a focus on electrical drive technology, control engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, or similar.
- Ideally, professional experience in the development of servo drive technology, sensor technology, or mechatronics.
- Experience with MATLAB/SIMULINK, MathCAD, or other CAE tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer orientation.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel, approximately 20%.
