About the position

The Systems Administrator - III role is a hybrid position based in Temple Terrace, FL, requiring 5-7 years of experience. The primary focus is on providing technical expertise to guide business stakeholders through complex technical challenges related to sales and support processes. This includes system administration, licensing, and documentation, as well as translating sales requests into technical solutions. The role demands a proactive approach to improving sales operations and ensuring the effective functioning of sales technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components.
  • Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
  • Install, maintain and administer computer networks and computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
  • Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks.
  • Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records.
  • Ensure network performance.
  • Add and remove network access.
  • Maintain an inventory of parts for repair needs.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in systems administration or related field.
  • Strong technical acumen and experience architecting Sales Enablement and Customer Success tools and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends for sales tools and database strategies.
  • Ability to quickly identify root causes of problems and act on those problems effectively.
  • General knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, & Slides) and mandatory experience with Salesforce; admin experience desirable.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make large business-impacting decisions confidently.
  • Subject matter expertise in a variety of software applications and business acumen to apply them to business problems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Agile framework.
  • Overall understanding of SaaS business processes and experience in implementing solutions to gaps from a technical and/or project management perspective.
