About the position

The Systems Administrator at Farmers Insurance is responsible for the continuous development and management of document management and e-signing solutions. This role involves automating and streamlining work processes within the Credit Union's document management department, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and maintaining the integrity of systems and data quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or participate in business process reviews and full development lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, training, and implementation of document management and electronic signing solutions.
  • Maintain imaging processes and overall procedural documentation.
  • Implement and maintain record retention settings and workflows to ensure compliance with applicable policies.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with enterprise content management solutions and perform quality activities to ensure data integrity.
  • Direct the flow and distribution of documents to be scanned and archived.
  • Scan daily work, loan files, and other critical documents in a timely manner.
  • Perform quality control checks of electronic images and maintain document integrity.
  • Partner with IT and vendor consultants for maintenance and configuration of applications.
  • Evaluate and implement cross-platform applications integration.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Advanced OnBase System Administrator Certification and OnBase Workflow Administrator Certification required within 2 years of hire or equivalent experience with an enterprise content management solution.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a financial institution, preferably in a Credit Union.
  • Previous experience with document imaging, electronic signing solutions, and robotic process automation required.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and networks.
  • Analytical, critical thinking, written communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with robotic process automation tools.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations in financial institutions.
