About the position

The Systems Analysis Advisor position at Randstad US is a contract role based in Bloomfield, Connecticut, offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $48.72 to $58.72. This role is integral to an Enterprise Healthcare client, where the selected candidate will join a dynamic and growing team. The primary focus of this position is to coordinate and perform data intake tasks across various data feed types, ensuring high quality and timely delivery. The advisor will work closely with customers, vendors, IT, stakeholders, and other internal business partners to meet all data feed and project objectives. In this role, the Systems Analysis Advisor will be responsible for the simultaneous implementation of multiple data feeds and complex projects. The advisor will support the introduction of new data feed types to enable the expansion of programs, utilizing their technical skills, data knowledge, and creativity to solve problems. Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all product offerings and business processes is crucial, as is the ability to provide business insights that assist in the development of IT solutions aimed at maximizing the efficiency of the Inbound Data team. The advisor will also serve as a lead on projects requiring a data Subject Matter Expert (SME) and will represent the goals and functions of ingesting quality data. This includes leading efforts to build out new capabilities and functionalities to accommodate new business initiatives, creating and executing test plans to check for data quality across multiple systems, and maintaining well-constructed documentation such as data dictionaries, gap analyses, and project plans. Building and documenting new processes, as well as adhering to existing ones, will also be part of the advisor's responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and perform data intake tasks across all data feed types with high quality and on-time delivery.
  • Simultaneous implementation of multiple data feeds and complex projects.
  • Support new data feed types to enable expanding programs.
  • Utilize technical skills, data knowledge, and creativity to solve problems.
  • Maintain breadth of knowledge on all product offerings and business processes.
  • Work closely with customers, vendors, IT, stakeholders, and other internal business partners to meet all data feed and/or project objectives.
  • Work with internal business leads to recognize the needs of downstream users of the data.
  • Provide business insight to assist development of IT solutions that maximize efficiency and quality of externally sourced data.
  • Serve as lead on projects where a data SME is necessary.
  • Lead efforts to build out new capabilities and functionality for new business initiatives.
  • Create and execute test plans to check for data quality across multiple systems.
  • Maintain proper and well-constructed documentation (data dictionaries, gap analysis, vendor documentation, project plans, etc.).
  • Build and document new processes, as well as follow existing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience level: Manager.
  • Proficiency in Systems Analysis.
  • Experience with JIRA.
