About the position

The Systems Analyst 2-IT position at Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure involves supporting the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Millennium and Sorian/Revelate Management platforms. The role requires regular interaction with the customer's IT staff to resolve moderately complex technical issues, ensuring efficient use of Oracle Applications and legacy systems. The analyst will also participate in domain strategy projects and collaborate with various teams to achieve performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customer's IT staff to resolve technical problems related to Oracle Health applications.
• Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications.
• Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications.
• Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development.
• Monitor future applications releases and maintain application responsibilities based on user work groups.
• Work both individually and as part of a team to maintain domains and achieve key performance indicators.
• Adhere to corporate and organizational security policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience with JIRA, CCL, and package installations.
• Knowledge of Millennium and/or Soarian systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to describe technical scenarios in non-technical terms.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Soarian systems.
• Some project management experience.
• Willingness to learn new applications/systems such as Revelate, Cloud, OCI.
• Software life-cycle knowledge.

Benefits

• Competitive salary range from $32.12 to $51.44 per hour, equating to $66,800 to $107,000 per annum.
