About the position

The Systems Analyst 3 - Power Platform Governance Analyst position involves providing advanced technical services for the analysis, design, development, and implementation of complex application systems. The role requires a high level of competency in applications systems analysis and design, acting as a liaison between business partners and the Office of Information Technology (OIT) to ensure compliance with internal and vendor-hosted systems.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze business needs, formulating and defining system scope and objectives.
• Design interfaces to connect and integrate systems to meet business needs and objectives.
• Act as a liaison between business partners and OIT to ensure business needs are met.
• Evaluate, determine, and facilitate OIT policy adherence to internal and Vendor Hosted systems.
• Participate in new projects as needed.
• Understand system design plans and detailed specifications for application systems implementation.
• Supervise other data processing staff as necessary.
• Monitor Vendor Hosted systems to ensure compliance with contracted IT requirements.
• Perform analysis and documentation of business and system interactions.
• Design technical solutions to business issues and collaborate with the Application Development team for implementation.
• Involve in all phases of the SDLC, including Requirements Definition, Systems Analysis and Design, Change Management Documentation, System Integration, User Acceptance Testing, and Project Timeline Estimation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis and design.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Competency in all phases of applications systems analysis and design activities.
• Ability to analyze contractual requirements and work with vendors to provide deliverables.
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret and translate technical requirements to the business and vendors.
