O.C. Tanner is seeking a Systems Analyst - Client Liaison to join our Strategic Account Solution team. This position is crucial for working with our most strategic clients, ensuring their technical development priorities and needs are met. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, representing client requirements and tracking the status of development and technical service requests. This role requires a deep understanding of client-specific objectives and the ability to foster changes that support our largest accounts. In this hybrid role, the analyst will work in the Salt Lake City office from Monday to Wednesday, with the option to work remotely on Thursdays and Fridays. The analyst will coordinate with clients and internal partners to align technical needs with overall product and client desired outcomes. As the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), the analyst will participate in client meetings, ensuring that all technical requirements are appropriately prioritized and documented. The role also involves developing supporting documentation such as workflow diagrams and usage instructions, planning for risk mitigation, and exploring comprehensive solutions to potential challenges. The analyst will leverage tools like Jira to manage client technical development needs and ensure effective communication of status updates. Building relationships based on respect and trust is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively when certain enhancements or ideas cannot be pursued. The analyst will also be responsible for facilitating the transition of newly revised processes to affected teams and managing competing priorities with appropriate communication.
