About the position

The Systems Analyst & Developer at CyberForce|Q is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, designing and developing scalable and secure solutions, and providing technical support for implemented systems. This role involves customizing Dynamics 365, managing Azure resources, and leading the deployment of systems while ensuring minimal disruption to operations. The position also includes mentoring team members and optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Design scalable, efficient, and secure solutions using Azure services, .NET, Python, GoLang, and Dynamics 365
  • Develop, test, and deploy custom applications and integrations
  • Customize Dynamics 365 to align with organizational requirements, including workflows, plugins, and custom reports
  • Manage and optimize Azure resources, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
  • Implement cloud-native solutions, leveraging Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD
  • Lead and participate in the deployment of systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
  • Create and maintain documentation, including design specifications and technical manuals
  • Provide technical support for implemented solutions, identifying and resolving issues promptly
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend adoption when beneficial
  • Engage with participants and prospects to align our capabilities client centric solution creation
  • Develop team roles and mentor new members to create a culture of continuous learning and growth
  • Manage team KPIs and OKRs, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact and success

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other relevant services)
  • Strong experience with .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) configuration, customization, and administration
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, boards)
  • Broad experience in implementing, managing, and supporting enterprise-level solutions
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and processes, identifying improvement opportunities
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on delivering sustainable solutions
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for guiding a group of junior team members
  • Exceptional interpersonal and networking abilities to engage with customers, partners, and peers
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven and motivated to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant)
