The Distribution and Fulfillment Technology team plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement initiatives across third-party logistics (3PL) and distribution systems. This position is centered around the Warehouse Management System (WMS), which is essential for managing user activities and hardware automation within lululemon's warehouses. The individual in this role will be part of a team that supports the second largest labor force in the company, focusing on stabilizing warehouse operations and enhancing operational efficiency while eliminating defects. The individual will participate in daily standup meetings to triage incidents based on ITIL best practices, conduct impact analyses, and coordinate root cause analysis (RCA) efforts using an agile, cross-functional approach. The role requires performing iterative analyses to reproduce bugs, logging them in Jira, and identifying both temporary workarounds and permanent fixes following defined software development life cycle (SDLC) processes. The individual will also be responsible for ensuring all stakeholders are updated through status calls and will drive consensus while being open to feedback to improve technical solutions and response processes. An agile approach will be taken to develop, test, and implement solutions iteratively in collaboration with development teams and vendors, and participation in retrospectives to gather lessons learned and improvement ideas is also expected.
