About the position

The Systems Analyst II, HIM/Hyland OnBase IT Application is responsible for leading the build, rollout, and support of assigned applications within WakeMed Health & Hospitals. This role involves comprehensive application support, including design, analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and training. The analyst serves as a second-level response for application issues, collaborating with end users to understand and resolve problems, while also acting as a liaison between the Information Services department, customer departments, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of assigned applications.
• Configure applications to meet departmental needs.
• Conduct testing of applications to ensure functionality and performance.
• Document system processes and configurations.
• Provide training to end users as needed.
• Serve as a second-level support for application issues, communicating with end users to understand and resolve problems.
• Assist department management in utilizing applications to enhance performance and decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between Information Services, customer departments, and vendors.

Requirements

• EPIC Certification in Area of Responsibility required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Associate's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required with equivalent experience.
• 3 years of related position experience with 2 years of direct position experience required with a Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years of related position experience with 4 years of direct position experience required with an Associate's degree.
• 7 years of related position experience with 6 years of direct position experience required with a High School diploma.
