About the position

The Systems Analyst II role is a contract position focused on facilitating the migration of data from Netsmart's myAvatar EHR to a new SaaS model EHR. This position requires a deep understanding of business objectives and the ability to analyze user requirements to improve existing systems. The analyst will ensure compliance with standards, conduct testing, and provide post-migration support, all while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive migration strategies from myAvatar EHR to a new SaaS model EHR, including data assessment, cleansing, and mapping.
• Ensure compliance with data management and security standards, establishing protocols for data integrity and privacy.
• Conduct rigorous testing of the migration process, including creating and executing unit test scripts and analyzing test results.
• Provide regular updates on migration progress to project stakeholders and prepare presentations to explain the migration process.
• Facilitate post-migration support by training end-users and preparing system documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in systems analysis and EHR systems.
• Proficient in SQL and Oracle.
