About the position

The Systems Analyst - IV role involves hands-on experience with logging solutions and message brokers, specifically using technologies such as Logstash, Kafka, and FluentD/FluentBit. Responsibilities

• Support Logstash processes in production servers.
• Coordinate tasks between onsite and offshore teams to ensure logging framework standards are followed.
• Analyze and interpret log events to identify trends and patterns based on security use case requirements.
• Troubleshoot systems and tools like Logstash, Kafka, and EKS/K8 containers.

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of JAVA experience
• 3 years of Linux OS and server experience
• Experience with centralized logging and event monitoring
• Hands-on experience with message brokers like Kafka, MSK, FluentD/FluentBit
• Hands-on experience with ELK/Logstash and other log libraries like log4j, logback, log4net
• Knowledge about log shipping in container systems like Kubernetes/RedHat OpenShift/Amazon EKS
• Experience with ELK/Splunk is required

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to work with multiple teams
• Knowledge of secure coding with OWASP coding practices
• Knowledge of statistical theories and techniques for recommendation, prediction, and anomaly detection
