The Systems Analyst, Sales & Marketing is a critical role within the Information Technology (IT) department, specifically designed to support the Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Service teams. This position requires a professional with a strong background in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and experience with ERP systems, particularly JD Edwards (JDE) and Salesforce.com. The Systems Analyst will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage projects that focus on enhancing marketing efforts, lead generation, sales force automation, and the quote-to-order processes. In this role, the Systems Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining EDI transaction processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. They will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to various EDI transactions, including Purchase Orders (POs), Purchase Order Acknowledgements, Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs), and Invoices. The analyst will also perform analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of EDI enhancements, ensuring that all EDI transactions are properly mapped and tested in collaboration with EDI partners. Additionally, the Systems Analyst will assist in the design and implementation of EDI-related enhancements and improvements, working closely with cross-functional teams to document EDI requirements. A strong understanding of JDE Order to Cash processes, including Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, Billing, and Accounts Receivable, is essential, as is the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The role also involves managing user access related to Segregation of Duties (SOD) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, running quarterly reports for internal audits, and collaborating with internal audit teams for special requests. Furthermore, the analyst will design and develop Salesforce applications using various programming languages and tools, including Flows, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, JAVA, CSS, HTML, and Lightning Web Components.
