About the position

As a Systems Analyst at Publicis Sapient, you will play a crucial role in enhancing business systems and processes. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and delivering value through effective analysis and communication of requirements. You will be engaged in major Digital Business Transformation (DBT) projects, ensuring that the product vision aligns with user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders, strategists, experience leads, and architects to frame business goals and value pools.
  • Research, capture, define, and analyze business and user needs.
  • Develop detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Conduct thorough, data-driven analysis and recommend effective solutions.
  • Help resolve issues, risks, and dependencies.
  • Translate product vision into a roadmap containing well-defined, prioritized features.
  • Validate and present the business case to C-level executives and lead business reviews.
  • Serve as a voice of the user among the cross-functional team.
  • Establish objective goals with success and acceptance criteria using meaningful metrics, KPIs, and quantifiable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product owners, solution managers, and cross-functional product managers to ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate with system architects to envision and prioritize system enablers.
  • Build and maintain a trusting relationship with stakeholders, teams, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team on customer-focused products and services.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Practice in workshop facilitation to cultivate ideation.
  • Able to analyze complex business requirements and design practical solutions.
  • Able to understand, analyze, and derive meaningful insights from raw data.
  • Familiar with screen design principles, creating mockups, and user research.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong judgment, issues management, and problem analysis techniques.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Proven track record of working with senior client stakeholders and diverse teams as a servant leader.
  • Mastery in leading change and inspiring others to change behaviors.
  • Influencer in continuous learning and innovation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with database, visualization, and data science tools e.g. SQL, Python, APIs.
  • Development or technical background.
  • Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager designation.
  • Certified Agile Product Manager designation.
  • Scrum Master experience.
