About the position

The Systems Analyst position at CACI involves serving as an Intelligence Operations Controller within a 24/7 operations center, focusing on monitoring and managing ground equipment and services for the customer's Space Mission. This role is critical for ensuring the success of various mission threads that support national security, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ground equipment and services scheduled by users within an automated planning and scheduling system.
• Reschedule services as necessary for interrupted operations.
• Assist with service setup and execution.
• Certify in multiple operator positions representing new capabilities for the customer.
• Reinforce standard practices, procedures, and policies.
• Support payload operations in coordination with team members.
• Communicate effectively and collaboratively with teammates, leads, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance is required.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and capabilities with little direction.
• Fundamental understanding of satellite communication systems.
• Routine interaction with multiple stakeholders.
• Solid written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to support 24 x 7 x 365 rotational shifts.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience supporting on-site operations environment and/or SIGINT collection.
• Experience in a 24 x 7 x 365 environment.
• Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of satellite communications.
