About the position
The OneStream Systems Analyst role at Koch Global Services is an internal consulting position focused on driving strategic direction and enhancing partnerships within the enterprise. This role requires a blend of project management, system administration, and financial acumen, aimed at improving data quality and business processes. The analyst will work collaboratively with various teams to optimize system processes and support financial reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Support businesses and capabilities in the planning and execution of system projects
- Perform tool fit assessments and recommend optimal solutions
- Identify strategic opportunities within the organization and the tool
- Collaborate with product and business teams to identify mutually beneficial opportunities
- Develop thoughtful data layouts and workflows to support analysis and financial reports
- Construct or optimize existing system processes
Requirements
- Experience with OneStream as a power user or administrator
- Knowledge of systems, accounting, finance, consolidations, eliminations, metadata, and reporting
- Experience managing multiple initiatives, priorities, and projects simultaneously while partnering with key stakeholders
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with EBX or other metadata management tools
- Experience supporting financial close processes and financial reporting
- Experience with BI tools, financial data presentation, FP&A, and the analytical needs of business users
