About the position

The Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining both physical and virtual infrastructure, server applications, databases, and security administration. This role includes performing analysis, implementation, support, maintenance, and monitoring of these systems in accordance with established standards, as well as managing small to mid-size projects.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain physical and virtual infrastructure.
• Manage server applications, databases, and security administration.
• Perform system analysis, implementation, support, maintenance, and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with established standards.
• Provide project management for small to mid-size projects.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of server experience.
• Configuring and supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Domains, Domain Schemas, DNS, DHCP, and Security Policy Configurations.
• Configuring, supporting, and securing Microsoft Server Operating Systems (2012, 2016, 2019) and SQL Server (2012, 2014, 2016, 2017, or 2019).
• Supporting and securing virtualization technologies and configurations using VMware or Citrix.
• Working with network storage (SAN, NAS, Backup, etc.).
• Supporting Microsoft Exchange.
