The Systems and Analytics Project Manager for the Global Safeguarding Team at Mercy Corps will play a vital role in enhancing the organization's safeguarding efforts. This position focuses on the implementation of Core Safeguarding Standards and aims to develop systems that monitor and improve safeguarding practices across country and operational teams. The role is integral to ensuring that all team members and program participants can safely exercise their rights and access necessary resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the regional strategy in collaboration with the senior leadership team.
• Mobilize support for safeguarding initiatives across the organization.
• Monitor and advise on the safeguarding systems and capacity of country and operational teams.
• Contribute to the strategic vision of the agency regarding safeguarding efforts.

Requirements

• Valid unrestricted work authorization in the country of application is required.
• Experience in project management or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
