About the position

The Systems Architect position at TENICA and Associates LLC involves designing and developing solutions for complex application problems, system administration issues, and network concerns. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph and focuses on systems management, integration functions, and analyzing user requirements to improve existing systems. The architect will also be responsible for incorporating new technology into the NRO's infrastructure and developing advancements to support the CIO's architectural strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns.
• Perform systems management and integration functions.
• Analyze science, engineering, business, and data processing problems for application to electronic data processing systems.
• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems.
• Review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.
• Analyze or recommend commercially available software.
• Incorporate engineering strategies for introducing new technology into the NRO's infrastructure-related business processes.
• Develop future technology and architectural advancements to support CIO architectural strategy, technology migration, and integration.

Requirements

• 11+ years of experience specific to the skill and relevant training or certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
