About the position

The Systems Consultant - Clarity PPM role at MassMutual involves serving as a Clarity PPM Architect/Developer within the Business of IT Tools Team. The primary focus is to enhance and mature the Clarity PPM platform for use across the organization, providing technical leadership and direction for high-priority projects. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure effective design, programming, and implementation of the platform, while also evaluating new technological developments and business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, maintain, develop, and enhance the Clarity PPM platform.
  • Lead architecture design and development for CA PPM/Clarity PPM solutions, translating business requirements into technology architectures.
  • Support development activities for CA PPM/Clarity PPM solutions.
  • Deliver SME-level expertise on CA PPM/Clarity PPM functional and technical specifications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal business groups, providing guidance and solutions using Clarity PPM.
  • Build and support an effective, scalable, and integrated platform to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience and high data quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and align on strategy, requirements, and solution design, driving delivery in an agile methodology.
  • Evaluate integration between Clarity and other business solutions, supporting the application roadmap.
  • Support the Forecast and Annual Budget processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8+ years of experience with Clarity or related experience in defining new enterprise solutions in roles such as Technical Architect, Lead Consultant, Core Developer, or Technical Support Lead.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in software delivery models such as Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Broad knowledge of Data Analytics methods and statistical analysis.
  • Experience leading system integration and data migration activities.
  • Data migration from Clarity SQL Server to Clarity Oracle and vice versa.
  • Integration from WorkDay, SAP, etc., to Clarity for resource/financial information.
  • Proficiency in Clarity Studio, including Lookup Creation and Configuration, Portlet, NSQL Development & Configuration, and Creation of Jobs.
  • Experience with GEL Scripting, XML Open Gateway (XOG), and Clarity Installation and Configuration.
  • Experience with Oracle Database Software Installation & database creation, SQL Server Software Installation & database creation, and Postgres Installation and Configuration.
  • Experience with CABI Installation, Configuration & Deploy Reports, Modern UX Implementation, and Rest API.
