About the position

The Systems Control Program Manager is responsible for providing high-level support to the VP of Property Marketing, focusing on the development and management of operating systems for asset protection and risk mitigation. This role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines, while also leading initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors. The position requires strategic leadership, oversight of system controls, and the ability to work autonomously within the division.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for design controls, risk management, and project development activities to ensure compliance with quality goals and regulations.
  • Own various phases of projects, acting as a subject matter expert and educating the project team on compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of department regulations and manage the entire project lifecycle, including authoring procedures and providing training.
  • Accountable for project schedules and ensuring departmental work meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Protect assets through assessment and implementation of procedures to prevent damage to intellectual, financial, or property assets.
  • Assist IT with compliance impact analysis and provide consultation on audit findings.
  • Manage procurement, purchasing, and inventory of supplies for the department.
  • Conduct annual reviews of policies and procedures to evaluate internal controls and recommend enhancements.
  • Assist with organization-wide policies, compliance training, and safety regulations implementation.
  • Support public health emergency responses and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in Customer Experience or senior level auditor experience in audit, quality control, or risk management.
  • Experience in quality assurance, internal controls, program effectiveness, and regulatory matters is essential.
  • Current knowledge of procedural reporting is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research, and managerial skills are necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and relevant software.
  • Ability to use critical thinking and work under pressure is required.
