About the position

The ERP Systems Development Engineer at Amazon Robotics is a dynamic role focused on implementing and supporting ERP applications within the Supply Chain and Manufacturing sectors. This position requires collaboration with global teams to design scalable and resilient technical solutions, ensuring high-quality code and effective business processes. The engineer will lead workshops, educate customers, and develop standard operating procedures, contributing to the overall innovation and efficiency of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support ERP applications in the Supply Chain and Manufacturing areas.
  • Work cross-functionally with global teams to implement best practices.
  • Design scalable and resilient technical solutions with quality code.
  • Lead technical and functional workshops for customer education.
  • Develop process flows and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 3+ years of designing or architecting new and existing systems experience.
  • 3-5 years of business analysis experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, JSP, Unix shell scripting, and Reports development.
  • Detailed knowledge of Oracle ERP with a focus on Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
  • Proven business process analysis and redesign experience.
  • Ability to analyze, design, configure, and develop solutions.
  • Excellent business communication skills.
  • Hands-on ERP techno-functional implementation experience in various module areas.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum methodology.
  • Experience in a high-paced DevOps environment.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and industry best practices within an ERP environment.
