• Participate in the build, configuration, and documentation of IT infrastructure.

• Perform defined processes and practices to support the network and ensure consistent and reliable operation to meet business needs.
• Provide user support and troubleshooting through established protocol; escalate as necessary.
• Contribute to documentation of incidents, internal processes, and procedures.
