About the position

The Identity Systems Engineer role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows-based solutions for password and identity management. The primary responsibility is to maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory password synchronization solutions integrated with various systems, including mainframes and LDAP. The position requires coordination of hardware and software upgrades, application migration, and testing, emphasizing a well-organized and self-motivated individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory password sync solutions integrated with mainframes and LDAP.
• Coordinate hardware and software upgrades for Windows-based systems.
• Manage application migration, feature changes, and testing.
• Document design and implementation processes.

Requirements

• Experience with Active Directory and LDAP implementation and administration.
• Understanding of trusted and untrusted multi-forest and multi-domain directory environments.
• Experience with API Gateway and Directory proxy.
• Administration of Windows Server 2016 and 2019.
• Network and infrastructure experience.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and basic Windows scripting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience configuring Directory Services, Java Plugins, and Replication in multi-master directory environments.
• Identity Management experience (Microsoft Identity Manager or similar technologies).
• Experience writing SQL queries.
