About the position

The Systems Engineer position at Anduril Industries involves interfacing with stakeholders to develop and manage systems engineering artifacts that support product development and delivery. This role is critical in demonstrating Anduril's capabilities in Systems Engineering and Mission Systems Integration, contributing to the company's Digital and Systems Engineering Strategy. The engineer will work on complex systems in challenging environments, ensuring that artifacts meet stakeholder needs and are compliant with contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with stakeholders including internal programs and external customers.
  • Develop artifacts based on stakeholder needs and ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Demonstrate systems engineering capabilities at stakeholder meetings and events.
  • Participate in the development of Digital and Systems Engineering Strategy and Implementation.
  • Create and maintain systems engineering artifacts related to Anduril platforms and products.

Requirements

  • B.S. in aerospace, mechanical, computer science or similar engineering or technical field.
  • 2+ years Systems Engineering Experience across the life cycle.
  • Experience with Systems Engineering, Requirements Elicitation and Management, Integration, and Test Activities on complex systems.
  • Experience with SysML, DoDAF, UAFP, or similar.
  • Experience developing various model based system engineering artifacts.
  • Experience with Cameo MagicDraw or similar systems engineering software.
  • Experience with Digital Engineering workflows and Integrated Modeling Environments.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including presentation of developed artifacts.
  • Must hold an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Mission Modeling experience in areas such as OCA/DCA, ISR, SEAD/DEAD, Electronic Attack, or Integrated Fire Control missions.
  • Experience with Cameo Simulation Toolkit plugin for Cameo MagicDraw.
  • Proficiency with Mathworks products (MATLAB, SIMULINK etc.).
  • INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional (SEP) Certification.
