About The Position
The Systems Engineer position at BAE Systems involves designing, integrating, and testing advanced Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems for the U.S. Department of Defense and international customers. The role requires participation in multi-disciplinary research and development of simulation models, focusing on system optimization and performance assessment. The engineer will work both independently and as part of a team to solve complex problems and provide high-fidelity simulations for various defense applications.
