The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree and have significant expertise in working with IT enterprise data to identify and resolve issues. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytic tools to create custom queries, visualizations, and dashboards that effectively communicate insights and findings. The Data Analyst will be responsible for determining key performance indicators (KPIs) for various systems and applications, ensuring that the organization can measure and track performance effectively. In addition to data analysis, the candidate will work with various cloud and on-premises system configurations, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in different environments. The role also involves utilizing various ticketing systems, such as JIRA and ServiceNow, to track work, log potential threats, and address issues as they arise. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven decisions are made based on accurate and timely information. This position requires an active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph due to the sensitive nature of the work.
