About The Position
The Systems Engineer II - Technical Support role is responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide Operations Support Systems (OSS) applications. This position involves application administration, participation in the full life-cycle of systems engineering activities, and supporting efforts to enhance the customer experience. The engineer will work closely with various teams to create detailed design documents, manage OSS applications, and provide on-call support for application issues.
