About the position

The Systems Engineer (Level 1, 2, 3) at Que Technology Group is responsible for analyzing user requirements and developing system requirements specifications. This role involves leading design and development activities, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the integration of requirements, design, and technology into ongoing operations. The engineer will also develop technical documentation and system architecture, guiding system development and implementation planning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user's requirements and concept of operations documents.
• Develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities.
• Guide users in formulating requirements and advise on alternative approaches.
• Conduct feasibility studies.
• Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
• Develop technical documentation and system architecture.
• Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans.
• Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems.
• Ensure the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables in the Systems Engineering area.
• Communicate with program personnel, Government overseers, and senior executives.

Requirements

• Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Experience in analyzing user requirements and developing system specifications.
• Proven ability to lead design and development activities.
• Strong technical leadership skills in systems integration.
• Experience in developing technical documentation and system architecture.
