Responsibilities

• Performance analysis of tracking and state estimation algorithms.
• Tool and prototype development using C++.
• Algorithm defect tracking and resolution.
• Technical documentation as required.
• In-depth analysis on tracking algorithms and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and 2 years of related experience, or a Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 0 years of experience for Systems Engineer.
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and 5 years of related experience, or a Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years of experience, or a PhD and 0 years of experience for Principal Systems Engineer.
• Current active in-scope U.S. Government DoD issued Secret security clearance at the time of application.
• Experience with C/C++ software language, development tools, and integrated development environments (IDEs).
• Experience developing in Linux environments.
• Strong background in applied mathematics, including numerical optimization and statistical modeling.
• Experience with Modern C++ and Object Oriented Programming.

Nice-to-haves

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Experience with Python and/or MATLAB
• Experience working with customers within the Intelligence Community.
• Experience with tracking algorithms.
• Familiarity working with Atlassian ecosystem tools.
