About the position

As a Systems Engineer Requirements Analyst Senior at CACI, you will play a crucial role in supporting software and systems engineering as well as interoperability engineering technical services for our Government customer. This position is integral to the Program Development Support Services (PDSS) and Program Planning Support Services (PPSS) missions, catering to worldwide customers including Program Executive Officers (PEOs), Project Managers (PMs), Project Directors (PDs), and various components of the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) and other Department of Defense (DoD) elements. You will be involved in supporting several Programs of Record (PORs) with comprehensive software sustainment services and will also be expected to assist with new programs in the future. In this role, you will interact directly with system users to translate their needs into specific systems, hardware, and software requirements and designs. You will also participate in the development of test strategies and be responsible for solving engineering problems or managing the solutions to these problems within your assigned functional area. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that the systems we develop meet the operational needs of our customers and adhere to the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support software and systems engineering and interoperability engineering technical services for Government customers.
  • Translate system user requirements into systems, hardware, and software requirements and designs.
  • Participate in the development of test strategies.
  • Solve engineering problems or manage the solutions to engineering problems in the assigned functional area.
  • Support the PDSS and PPSS missions for worldwide customers.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other Engineering or Technical discipline, or 5 years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience within the last 8 years in a related field.
