About the position

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Summer 2025 Systems Engineering Intern within the C-130J Training organization. This role involves supporting training devices by working with system and subsystem requirements, performing various engineering support tasks, and engaging in contract documentation and proposal support. The intern will gain hands-on experience in systems engineering processes and documentation, contributing to the development of innovative solutions in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with system/subsystem requirements
• Perform engineering support responsibilities including contract documentation work
• Provide proposal support
• Track and resolve problems
• Interact with subcontractors

Requirements

• Pursuing a technical degree in Systems, Computer, or Electrical Engineering
• Familiar with Problem Resolution techniques
• Knowledge of processes: definition and/or improvement
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
