About the position

The Systems Engineer at Riskonnect is responsible for providing advanced technical solutions and infrastructure support for the Riskonnect client infrastructure. This role involves working with various technologies to ensure the smooth operation of applications and systems, contributing to security audits, and maintaining documentation for compliance and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced application support for technologies used within Riskonnect, including Windows Server configuration and Force.com platform support.
• Contribute technical documentation for SSAE18, SOC2, and ISO27001 audit preparation.
• Review and update procedures for audit compliance continuously.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation for organizational infrastructure.

Requirements

• Expertise in troubleshooting system application issues.
• Advanced troubleshooting methodology.
• Attentiveness to detail in technical documentation writing.
• 2+ years experience working with Ansible.
• 2+ years working with Microsoft Windows Server (2012, 2019).
• 2 years working with Internet Information Server v7.0.
• 1 year working with Salesforce (CRM Usage).
• 1 year working with Apache/Tomcat web servers.
• 1 year PowerShell scripting experience.
• 2 years of Linux experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar field.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with IBM Cognos and Domo.
• Familiarity with AWS and Azure.
• Knowledge of Terraform and Kaseya.
• Experience with New Relic and Zscaler.
• Understanding of networking and load balancer technologies.
