About the position

The position involves supporting technical investigations and exploring emerging technologies to enhance the Sponsor's IT enterprise. The role requires establishing partnerships, assessing technologies, and engaging with various stakeholders to innovate and modernize IT systems, ensuring they meet business needs and reduce lifecycle costs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain partnerships among technology providers, contractors, and leadership to facilitate investigations of emerging technologies.
• Identify, assess, evaluate, and measure COTS and GOTS emerging technologies and best practices for integration into IT implementation and development.
• Engage with Academia, Industry, and Government stakeholders to assess technology advancements and present recommendations to the CTO.
• Maintain awareness of new technologies through investigation of products from various organizations including the IC, DARPA, and universities.
• Support interactions with the IC, DoD, OGAs, and commercial entities to apply technologies to the Sponsor.

Requirements

• Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• BS with 2-4 years of experience, MS with 0-2 years, or HS with 8-10 years of experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and skills in organizing, planning, communicating, and executing project management tasks.
• Demonstrated good judgment, initiative, and critical thinking ability.
• Ability to support multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to translate technical information for a non-technical audience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with strong initiative and follow-through.
• Expert level skills with Microsoft Office products.
