About the position

The Systems Engineer role at Robert Half is crucial for managing and integrating healthcare IT infrastructure in Lehi, Utah. Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and support servers, networks, and storage systems for clinical applications, including Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Integrate healthcare IT systems with cloud platforms like Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Implement security measures and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HITECH.
• Serve as a point of escalation for technical issues related to clinical systems and networks.
• Manage cloud-based services and ensure robust backup solutions are in place.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to identify IT needs and optimize system performance.
• Ensure medical technologies function effectively to support patient care.
• Create and maintain documentation of system configurations and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or in a related role.
• Proficiency in Citrix Technologies.
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies including Microsoft Azure and Azure Active Directory.
• Experience with Automation processes and technologies.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and PowerShell Scripting.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
