About the position

The Systems Engineer role at Titan Professional Resources involves supporting system requirements, design, analysis, verification, and validation activities using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies. The position requires leading the design and integration of complex systems while ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) standards and regulations. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support system requirements, design, analysis, verification, and validation activities using MBSE methodologies.
• Develop, document, and manage system requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and compliance with DoD standards.
• Lead the design and integration of complex systems to meet performance, reliability, and safety standards.
• Develop and execute test plans to verify and validate system performance against requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system specifications, design documents, and test plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, and project management, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance of all systems and processes with DoD regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in systems engineering, focusing on MBSE, requirements management, and DoD projects.
• Proficiency in MBSE tools (e.g., MagicDraw, Cameo Systems Modeler), requirements management, and systems engineering methodologies.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher is preferred.
• Familiarity with simulation and modeling tools, and experience with Agile development methodologies.
