Advanced Compact EW Solutions is looking for experienced Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test Lead to manage a medium sized team supporting technical development and fielding on a program within our defense portfolio. As a Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test Lead you will be responsible for the execution of systems activities for the program. We are focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare solutions through the lifecycle of system development on schedule and within cost. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a medium sized team supporting technical development and fielding on a program within the defense portfolio.
  • Execute systems activities for the program, ensuring innovative Electronic Warfare solutions are delivered on schedule and within cost.
  • Lead and motivate technical teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Prioritize and adjust to dynamic project needs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Perform requirements analysis, derivation, and allocation, translating requirements into viable design solutions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and motivate technical teams.
  • Experience leading a systems engineering program team.
  • Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to prioritize and adjust to dynamic project needs.
  • Proven design, analysis, and communication skills.
  • Secret Security Clearance (active within the past two years).
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field, and a minimum of 12 years of work experience or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Understanding of programmatic schedule and cost.
  • Experience performing requirements analysis, derivation and allocation, and translating requirements to viable concepts design solutions.
  • Experience with Integration and test at the system level.
  • Experience with creating and tracking technical performance measurements.
  • Experience with Electronic Warfare Systems.
  • Familiarity with modern engineering techniques, such as Model Based Systems Engineering.
