About The Position
The Systems Engineering Lead Engineer position at Eaton's IS AER MSD division is a remote role focused on supporting research and new product development in aerospace applications. The engineer will be responsible for requirements management, system architecture development, and integration and testing of thermal fluid and dynamic mechanical systems. This role requires technical oversight and guidance to other engineers while also contributing as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will proactively learn about the technical domain and tailor systems engineering practices to meet program needs.
