Arcfield is seeking a highly skilled professional to support a joint customer program office responsible for acquiring and integrating the future ground architecture that provides global, persistent, real-time surveillance and activity-based intelligence information. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical guidance and input across a range of Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) functions in support of system acquisition, development, enhancement, and sustainment. The program is based on a hybrid agile development process, with the Government serving as the overall ground system integrator. You will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the full lifecycle of systems engineering, integration, readiness, and transition processes, from initial system planning and requirements management through development, integration, transition to operations, and decommissioning. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will ensure that work is planned, managed, and executed in accordance with SEIT best practices, maintaining the technical integrity of the Program's baseline and products. You will facilitate technical exchanges and ongoing engagement with cross-program and cross-stakeholder remote teams to ensure end-to-end milestone completion and successful requirement and milestone sell-off and reporting. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development and review of system and component-level roadmaps, schedules, and technical analysis to ensure that approved and funded capabilities are available in time to meet commitments. Additionally, you will assist in the development and review of engineering artifacts and inputs needed to update and maintain system and component-level architectures, concepts of operations (conops), requirements, data flows, and interfaces. You will also support the Program Office in preparation for and engagement in agile management activities, including increment planning, sprint planning, backlog grooming, scrums, and impediment identification and resolution. Your role will involve working with cross-component Integration Leads, Developers, and other SMEs to ensure robust participation in enterprise, system, and component-level testing, verification/validation, integration, readiness, and transition activities. You will represent the Program Office in various programmatic and technical forums, reporting progress, challenges, issues, and leading technical discussions. Furthermore, you will perform engineering assessments and reviews of new capabilities and Requests for Change (RFCs) impacting the system/component(s) and provide consolidated, coordinated responses. Your contributions will be vital in assisting with the timely completion and closure of a wide range of SEIT actions and taskers, as well as identifying, tracking, mitigating, coordinating, and resolving enterprise, system, and component-level risks, issues, opportunities, and watch items.
