About the position

The Systems Integration/Test Leader will provide leadership to cross-functional teams within the Space 1LMX organization, ensuring that the Space NCA (Non Core Application) team meets quality, cost, and schedule objectives. This role involves managing the Space NCA portfolio, overseeing test execution, and collaborating with various functional organizations to meet operational and testing commitments. The position requires a visionary leader capable of driving integration efficiency and change across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams to meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Manage the Space NCA portfolio and identify impacts on the 1LMX program.
• Collaborate with other Space organizations on business impacts and change management.
• Provide progress status for business cycle reporting, including month-end IMOR.
• Oversee and report on NCA test execution for major 1LMX implementations.
• Set up test environments and manage test data.
• Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts in collaboration with other BAs.
• Coordinate with Space POCs from Finance and HR to ensure smooth testing execution.
• Monitor and report on test progress, identifying and addressing issues or bottlenecks.
• Review, analyze, and maintain test results, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• Experience managing organizational change.
• Awareness of 1LMX program and operational processes.
• Experience with DOORS or other requirements management tools.
• Strong passion and communication skills.
