About the position

The Systems Integration Lead (Senior Systems Engineer) position at Trideum Corporation is a pivotal role located at the TPO-C, National Simulation Center in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. This position is integral to supporting the National Simulation Center (NSC) Support Operations task order under the MTCCS II IDIQ. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management coordination of all technical aspects, including networking, simulation, exercise design, and administrative support. This role requires a proactive approach to assist the Government in the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of simulation systems and tools, as well as exercise and training events. The Systems Integration Lead will provide strategic solutions aimed at standardizing technology, technical documentation, and support models across various sites. Additionally, the role involves attending training sessions, seminars, conferences, and planning events to ensure comprehensive understanding and execution of the tasks at hand. This position is contingent upon the award of the contract, with an expected start date in late August 2024. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in systems engineering and integration, with a focus on simulation environments and advanced computer system architectures. The role demands a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to effectively manage and coordinate complex projects within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct overall management coordination for all technical, networking, simulation, exercise design, and administrative support.
  • Assist the Government in the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of simulation systems and tools, and exercise and training events.
  • Provide strategic solutions for standardizing technology, technical documentation, and technical support models across the sites.
  • Attend training, seminars, conferences, exercise/experiment planning events, site surveys, and training events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience within the past 10 years in planning advanced computer system architectures, supervising the implementation of communication systems, and integrating computer systems and interfaces in distributed architectures.
  • 5 years of experience within the past 10 years operating and maintaining infrastructures that include network engineering, Linux and Windows system administration, and storage engineering solutions.
  • Knowledge in the development, installation, integration, and evaluation of all MCIS including CPCE, JBC-P, JCR, AFATDS, CPOF, JADOCS, AMDWS to COTS, and GOTS simulations including VBS3, FIRESIM, DXTRS, and other game-based technologies.
  • Knowledge and experience with MCIS and simulation environments with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot them.
  • DoD IAT II Certification.
  • United States Citizen.
  • Active SECRET Security Clearance.
